Like you, Optima Engineering is carefully monitoring the situation with COVID-19. We recognize this is a time of uncertainty for so many individuals and companies across the world as this pandemic has disrupted our everyday lives.

Our priority is the health and well-being of our people, our clients, and our partners. As a part of our operating procedure, we have established cloud infrastructure, design and project delivery processes, and communications tools enable us to work remotely. Our project teams are well versed in working virtually, and we will continue working to meet project schedules during the coming weeks. We have asked our leaders to offer to host project team meetings digitally using video conferencing solution to reduce in-person meetings. We have also suspended any non-essential travel and non-essential meetings. We will continue to work towards deadlines, collaborate with design teams and clients remotely and will monitor projects closely should timelines shift due to unforeseen developments.

We appreciate the trust you have placed in Optima Engineering. This is an ever-evolving situation, as you are well aware by its everyday coverage and updates from the media.
