Mission Critical Electrical Engineer / Project Manager
Charlotte, NC

Full-time salaried position

Requirements: Candidates must have a comprehensive knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office programs & BIM/Revit; an overall understanding of MEP systems, with a thorough knowledge of building related Electrical systems; previous experience in commercial building design; and a degree from an accredited Engineering program. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of directly relevant experience.

Responsibilities: Overseeing and/or producing construction plans, specifications, and other technical drawings in an efficient and timely manner. Construction plans and specifications must meet appropriate design standards, project & client requirements, and all applicable codes. Candidates must be detail oriented with good time management skills to meet time-induced deadlines as well as be able to resolve engineering anomalies. PE Licensure / NCEES preferred.

Construction Administrator

Requirements: Candidates must have an overall understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection & Low-Voltage (Technology) systems; previous experience in commercial building design and/or construction. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of experience.

Responsibilities: Performing site visits to verify construction is in accordance with plans & specifications and generate written reports to summarize findings. Construction plans and specifications include HVAC, plumbing, power, lighting, fire alarm, communications, special systems (security, television, audio/visual, public address, etc.).

Revit/CAD Drafter/Designer
Raleigh, NC / Charlotte, NC

Requirements: Candidates must have working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD software; an overall understanding of Architecture and MEP systems; previous experience in commercial building architectural/engineering drafting (3-year minimum) or A.A.S degree in Architectural or Engineering Technology and a minimum 1-year relevant experience are all preferred.

Responsibilities: Production of building and construction models (BIM), construction plans, and other technical drawings in an efficient and timely manner. Candidates must be detail oriented with good time management skills to meet time-induced deadlines.
