This project involved the design of a five-story, privately held, campus-edge student housing complex called “University House.” Designed entirely in Autodesk Revit, the plans call for 300 total apartment units, incorporating studio-sized units alongside others ranging from one to five bedrooms in size. The largest units are two-story apartments. When completed, this UNC Charlotte area project will encompass 280,000 SF of residential space, with an accompanying 200,000 SF, eight-level parking deck, a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, internet cafe and outdoor amenities areas. The building was completed and opened to students in Fall 2015.
