Multi-building residential and commercial development. The site consists of five buildings housing 226 units with additional 21,000 SF of mixed use space and one parking deck.  Site lighting are comprised of LED technology with an emphasis on dark sky requirements.  Commercial spaces include design for a restaurant as well as versatile vanilla spaces for a multitude of uses.  Electrical design includes full distribution design for living spaces, life safety devices such as fire alarm, and utility coordination.  Plumbing design includes residential grade plumbing fixtures for residences and commercial grade for all other locations.  Design intent was a 30 percent reduction of water usage versus code requirements.  Mechanical design includes roof mounted heat pumps for the residential portion and dedicated split systems for all other commercial locations. Stone and Main was developed in REVIT, to reinforce coordination between all systems and building materials.
