This project represents a new, landmark building for a developing complex located a few miles from the main campus of Campbell University. Completed for the Fall 2013 semester, the building is a 4-story, 99,000 square SF facility containing administration, reception and student cafe gathering spaces, lecture halls, medical specialty classrooms, laboratories, and support spaces. Among the building’s specialty spaces are a 3,300 SF Anatomy Lab and simulation rooms. The HVAC system is an efficient, 4-pipe VAV system utilizing central station air handling units, air cooled chillers and condensing boilers. Specialty electrical and exhaust systems and medical gas systems are also provided for the medical spaces.
