Open Positions:

Revit Specialist
Charlotte, NC

We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time salaried position as a Revit Specialist.
Requirements: Comprehensive knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office programs & in-depth knowledge of BIM/Revit, current BIM best practices & procedures; overall understanding of MEP systems, previous experience in commercial building design; Associates Degree or higher in Engineering Technology, Architectural Technology, Construction Technology or other related field preferred; minimum three years’ REVIT experience and detailed understanding of its processing including setting up and maintaining jobs, files, families and work sets.
The Revit Specialist will be responsible for producing creating and maintaining Revit Families for general and project specific needs; setting up and maintaining Revit jobs (worksets and filters); creating/converting Autocad standard details into Revit; creating/converting standard schedules into Revit. Candidates must be detail oriented with good time management skills to meet time-induced deadlines.

Electrical Engineer / Designer

We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time salaried position as an Electrical Engineer / Designer.
Requirements: Candidates must have a comprehensive knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office programs & BIM/Revit proficiency; an overall understanding of MEP systems, with a thorough knowledge of Electrical systems; previous experience in commercial building design; a degree from an accredited Engineering program is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience.
The Electrical Engineer / Designer will be responsible for producing construction plans, specifications, and other technical drawings in an efficient and timely manner. Construction plans and specifications include power, lighting, fire alarm and communications as well as special systems (security, television, audio/visual, PA, etc.) and must meet appropriate design standards, project & client requirements, and all applicable codes (NEC, IBC, etc.). Candidates must be detail oriented with good time management skills to meet time-induced deadlines as well as be able to resolve engineering anomalies.
